WHO AM I
MA Film and Television production graduate of 2021 which is where I developed my expertise further in Film, Photography. i had also just completed my summer job in America working as a creative manager running 4 departments related to my field of studies. My wide range of skills provide me to be open to any opportunity working within the Media industry. whether I’m needed to video edit, manage a team, be a runner or producer, I am confident to be placed anywhere. I aim to think out the box and bring new ideas to the table, driven by creating content that provides a new perspective which can inspire audiences and make impact.
SKILLS
My areas of expertise include Directing, Video Editing, Videography and Photography. I am also experienced in Music Technology using software’s such as Logic Express and Cubase. I am able to understand all aspects of a production and what they do therefore my organisation skills are key in managing a production team.
I understand using the Adobe Software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder. I have also required my Adobe Certified Associate certification in Digital Video Using Adobe Premiere Pro, marking my key skill as a Video Production Specialist. Lighting and composition are also a skill I required on set throughout my time at university as well as understanding how to record sound.
My main strength is directing and managing a team as I have a creative vision, bursting with ideas and eager in helping how to creatively express a story to an audience. Throughout my full time at university, I worked part time in retail, as well as working as a freelance photographer and videographer. This has helped me to develop further skills in time management, multitasking and independence. Just like in retail, the skills I have gained are transferable. Customer satisfaction is key, meeting client needs and being able to, most importantly, communicate.
AIM
My main aim in life is to create, or help create content that has meaning. Joining the media industry has provided me with the tools to create whole new perspectives that can inspire audiences and make a change. Whether I am provided with a brief to generate artistic ideas to meet the visual needs of clients, or creating a whole new story that challenges issues within contemporary society, my ambitions allow me to be flexible and fit into almost everything within the industry.
